Johann Friedrich Fibiger « Suite in G major » is from the manuscript « Princess Charlotte Amalie's Guitar Book, GKS 377 ». Fibiger was a guitar teacher of the princess Charlotte Amalie. The suite consist of Prelude, Allemanda, Courant, Saraband, Bourée l, Menuet, Bourée II, and Gig. Each piece is short and easy technically, but very rich musically. This suite can be a good experience before you attack to the big suites of Bach, Weiss, or de Visée…
The file contains two versions; for 5-course baroque guitar with notes and french tablature and for 6-string classical guitar with notes and modern tablature.
